My mom was very involved in the process, and since both the Realtor side and loan process were new to us, America really helped fill in a lot of those gaps. It also meant a lot that she could help communicate in Spanish with my mom when needed. She went above and beyond by showing me a lot of homes, even in snowy conditions, answering all my questions, helping with inspections, and even guiding me through issues with the seller after a tree fell on the property. I'd definitely recommend America Martinez to anyone looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely there for you.
